    Application Forms

     

    The Preschool application process is a two-step process. Families first complete the application linked below.  An application confirmation email will be sent within 10 days and will include information about the application review process and timeline.  When a student is offered a slot in the Preschool Program, parents will then be sent a registration form to complete the process.
