As I continue to learn more about the Lincoln School 5-8, the more I am excited to see how students learn and grow in this environment. In addition to a robust education throughout their classrooms, students also have many opportunities to find their voice via the fine arts program, athletics, clubs, and every day leadership opportunities. It is a small school environment with the numerous opportunities typically offered in bigger schools. I hope each student takes time to find what they are interested in while also being brave enough to step out of comfort zones and try on something new. 

I expect the The Lincoln Public Schools website will remain an excellent resource for families (www.lincnet.org). I encourage you to use the menu to the left to access information that will explain and enhance your child's school experience. I hope you find the "Family Resources" section offers a continually updated location for you to access news and information that will support your ability to strengthen the Home-School collaboration. 

I will continue to seek out ways for me to connect with all members of our school community and encourage you to reach out if you would like, have a question or wondering, or need to express a concern. I want our partnership to have open communication so that we can collectively ensure our students have the most engaging middle school experience that they can. We are all here for them, and I look forward to working with you to make sure it is a rewarding experience for our students.
