Free/Reduced Lunch forms are sent to all families in the district by e-mail before the start of school. Additional forms are available through the school office and on the Family Document Center.
Are you wondering why we are asking for families to fill out meal applications even when ALL students are receiving FREE meals?
This is because by filling out the meal application form, we are able to potentially offer many additional benefits to families.
It may be necessary for the Food Service Department to share information with other school departments in order for you to receive these additional benefits. In order for us to share your information between departments, the USDA requires that you please fill out and return the LINCOLN SHARING FORM - HERE
