• Hi! Welcome to my SECOND grade class. I have been teaching in Lincoln for 13 years but my teaching career spans 26 years of teaching grades 1, 2, 4 and 5. For my first two years in Lincoln I taught 5th grade then for the next 9 years I taught first grade. Last year I returned to fourth grade, which I taught for 2 years at the beginning of my career before teaching 5th grade for 8 years, both at other schools. And now I am continuing my learning adventure in 2nd grade! Fun fact, did you know that the other 2nd teachers and I were all on the 1st grade team together? We were, and then we moved around to other grades and now we are back together. I am very excited to be working with. No matter what the grade I love teaching and working with kids and families. Some things you might want to know about me...I play soccer, I spend a lot of time in Maine at my house and on the beach and...I LOVE Disney World. Outside of teaching I am lucky to have a wonderful family with four children. I love spending time with them. When I am not at school you are likely to find me on a soccer field, snowboarding, riding waves on a boogie board, hanging out at the beach, relaxing in Maine or at Disney World. I look forward to meeting you and enjoying a year of fun and learning.
