Hi! Welcome to our 4th grade class. This will be my 17th year in Lincoln but my teaching career spans 27 years of teaching grades 1, 2, 4 and 5. For my first two years in Lincoln I taught 5th grade then for the next 9 years I taught first grade. My journey took me to 4th grade for a year and then 2nd grade for the last 4. I taught 4th grade for 2 years at the beginning of my career before teaching 5th grade for 8 years, both at other schools. And now I am continuing my learning adventure back in 4th grade! No matter what the grade I love teaching and working with kids and families. Some things you might want to know about me...I play soccer, I spend a lot of time in Maine at my house and on the beach, I LOVE Disney World and planes and weather. Outside of teaching I am lucky to have a wonderful family with four not so young any more children, my youngest are 21. When I am not at school you are likely to find me on a soccer field, watching planes, finding new picture books, hanging out at the beach, relaxing in Maine or thinking about Disney World. I look forward to meeting you and enjoying a year of fun and learning.
