Mrs. Nanette LaRochelle, Administrative Assistant, will be in the Student Services office with CORI forms. This background check is good for three (3) years and required for all volunteers and field trip chaperones. CORI forms may be done during school hours, as well.
In the past, LEAP has offered childcare. However, they are not able to do so this year as their full effort is going into settling into their new routines and spaces in the Lincoln School.
Dismissal - Important Reminders
We receive between 10–25 dismissal changes each day. Ideally, we have your child's routine dismissal plan and changes are infrequent. We understand that there will be times when plans change in the middle of the day, but it makes for a much smoother process if you are able to provide changes at the start of the week or submit a "same day" change by noon. While you are planning for one or a few dismissals, we are planning for 250 students!
Thanks to the caregivers who are using the PikMyKid app to communicate your child's dismissal plans with us. While this hasn't been the smoothest rollout, we are sticking with it and plan to do a school-wide "re-set" in early October. If you are currently using PikMyKid, please continue to do so! If you haven't, please be sure your child's dismissal plan is communicated to the school through our Student Dismissal Plan google form.
I hope you have a terrific weekend!
Warmly,
Sarah

We hope you enjoy browsing the updated selection and finding something for everyone in the family.

METCO Parent Board Chair Kim Mack (mack.kim27@gmail.com)
