All paperwork must be turned in by August 31, 2026.

Teams will be identified on Sep. 8 and the first practices will be Sept. 10. First contests are scheduled for Sept. 17.
Kindly note that coming to tryouts and participating does not guarantee your child to a spot on the team that they sign up for.
For a fee of $175.00, your child will be eligible to participate in an interscholastic sport. Please make checks or money orders payable to the Town of Lincoln. All sports fees will be turned into the main office. Sports fees must be paid prior to the first game in a season to declare a student eligible for participation in any after-school sports offering.
In order to try out and participate in after school athletics, each student must have the following on file before tryouts begin; all are included in this link and will be available in hard copy form in school for students to pick up.
- A signed Lincoln Sports Registration form.
- The results of a physical exam on file in the school nurse’s office (July 2025 or later)
- A signed Extracurricular Activities Medical Questionnaire.
4. A Parent and Student Head Injury Training Affidavit signed by a parent/guardian and student.
Any student athlete intending to try out who is missing any of these requirements will be notified once by the athletic director. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at amclaughlin@lincnet.org.
Sincerely,
Alana McLaughlin
