Family Update

May 8, 2026

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

It was a busy week at Hanscom School! Our spring baseball and volleyball seasons are in full swing, and our student-athletes are doing a phenomenal job representing our school. In addition to our regular after school clubs, we would like to recognize our 5-8 Art teacher Mr. Wiener and 4th grade teacher Ms. Mulligan for starting the new skateboard and pickleball clubs.

On Wednesday night, we were treated to a fantastic Spring Concert for grades 5-8 with the theme Our Colorful World. Additionally, on Thursday and Friday, our students in grades 3-8 completed the math portion of the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS).
As we head into the final stretch of the year, the calendar remains packed with exciting learning opportunities.

Finally, we want to thank our PTO and parent community for the “Teachers in Bloom” Appreciation Week. The outpouring of support and celebration was deeply appreciated by all of us.

I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, and we look forward to seeing everyone back at school on Monday.

Warm regards,
Mr. Ledebuhr
