Transcript of the video

06 February 2026

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

This week I had an opportunity to meet with our K-5 teachers for our mid-year data meetings. During this time we look at our recent assessments compared to our beginning of the year baseline data. It was rewarding to see all the academic growth from our students and also have a chance to discuss how we can meet the needs of our students who might need a little more support.

K-5 parents you also should have received your child’s mid-year report card on Wednesday. If you have any questions about your child’s report card or their progress please feel free to reach out to your child(s) teacher(s).

Last Friday our PTO hosted a very successful bingo night. The event was attended by over 190 people. Not to be outdone, the PTO is hosting another community event tonight, the Hearts and Heroes Family Dance. The event will be held in the Hanscom Middle School gym. Please see below for more details.

Finally, it appears that we are having a proper winter. It continues to stay really cold, please stay safe and warm this weekend. I look forward to seeing everyone back here at school on Monday.

GO PATS!

Warm Regards,
Mr. Ledebuhr

Poster for 'Girls Lacrosse 101' event on Wednesday, February 11, 1-2:30p for Grades K-4, presented by Founders Girls Lacrosse League & Sudbury Girls Lacrosse.

Girls Lacrosse

This introductory program is meant for those that have never held a lacrosse stick or are beginning to learn the fundamentals of passing, throwing, and scooping. Sudbury youth coaches and L-S Varsity players will introduce young learners to the sport with fun games and small group coaching.

Founders has generously donated coaching and equipment. The program will try their best to provide sticks upon request (limited quantities) so curious kids can try before purchasing anything. Special soft balls will be used so goggles and mouthguards are not required.

Parents of Lincoln youth players who participate in the Sudbury Girls (Spring) Lacrosse (Spring) will be available for questions.
