Nurse Needed for D.C. Trip
We are in need of a nurse to attend our four-day, three-night overnight trip to D.C. with the 8th grade class. The trip will run Tuesday, May 26 through Friday, May 29. The cost to attend would be covered by the district. If you are a nurse or know of one that may be able to help us out, please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.
Lincoln Reps and New Athletic Director
In his role as wellness teacher, Mr. Trant has initiated a new before-school wellness program for students in grades 5-8 called Lincoln Reps. Students can find sign up sheets in the main office or in the gym lobby. See the picture for details.
In a somewhat related note, Mr. Trant has also taken over as our new athletic director. You’ll likely see him about for the winter season basketball games, so be sure to say hello.
Grade 8 DC Trip Coffee Drive Thru Fundraiser
Thank you to all those who came out to support our first Coffee Drive Thru Fundraiser! Keep an eye out for future fundraisers hosted by grade 8 students and families.
Honor the Teachers & Staff Who Inspire, Support, and Teach Every Day!
Celebrate the educators and staff who have had an impact on your child or family. A HATS Award sends your honoree a personalized certificate and a fun-sized “Hat of Honor,” while your contribution helps fund future teacher grants.
Say thank you to the people who brighten your child’s school day, one HAT at a time!
The deadline to order a HATS Award is December 19th.

National History Day Judges Needed
Judge Registration is Open for all Regional Contests and Showcases: Judges are the backbone of the History Day program. No prior experience is required– just an interest in history and a willingness to learn from some incredible young people. Please hit up your networks, friends, and families and encourage them to register for one (or more!) of our 5 contest sites. It’s a great day, you’re fed well, and teachers can earn 10 PDPs. Register here: Mass History Day Judges.
