Federal IDEA 2004 regulations were finalized August 14, 2006. It is anticipated that Massachusetts will respond with state regulations that comply with IDEA 2004 in the near future.

The special education department will keep parents of students in special education informed of changes as they evolve. Other interested individuals may call the building coordinators or director for further information.
