RESULTS TO BE ANTICIPATED: All constituencies of the Lincoln community (parents, other Lincoln residents, teachers and staff) will be given opportunities to understand how and why the FY 07 was built as it was, will know the different elements for which funding is requested and how these elements support the educational program.
RELATIONSHIP TO DISTRICT GOALS: Development of budget is a key SC and District goal, and underscores most others.
