      • Did the various milestone reviews described in this plan occur as scheduled and with appropriate content?
      • Were corrective actions taken?
    3. Evaluate Superintendent against established criteria
      • Was a written evaluation presented at a public meeting, and was it objective, and did it follow criteria established in advance?
