School Committee meetings held at Hanscom Air Force Base are open to the public and are held in the Prep Room at the Hanscom Primary School. However, people interested in attending need to pass through a security gate. If you are not otherwise cleared to pass through the security gate, please follow these steps:

• Call Cynthia Barthold at the Superintendent's Office, 781-259-9400 x 5103, prior to the School Committee meeting so that she can leave your name on a list that will be used by the security gate personnel.
• On the day of the meeting, anyone who decided to attend at the last minute can call Hanscom Primary School at 781-274-7721 between 6:30 and 7:30 p.m. so that we can send their name to the security gate.

When arriving at Hanscom, those attending must have a valid driver's licence, valid car registratoin and current inspection sticker. Everyone will be required to register for a day pass upon arrival. This is a procedure that normally takes about five minutes.
