The 2007 – 2008 classes for three, four and five year old children are sessions offered on Monday-Friday. Eligible special needs children attend the program for free. Typically developing children are charged tuition, which is listed below. Financial aide is available based on total family income.

Parents interested in applying for reduced tuition according to the combined family income rates shown below should submit a copy of family pay stubs/military LES to:

Important note: BHA (Basic Housing Allowance) is included in computing annual income. This was discussed and determined by the superintendent after consulting with the base administration.

The absence of a student does not materially decrease the expenses of the Preschool. Therefore, parents and guardians are responsible for full payment of fees regardless of the days of absence.

The following are Payment Plan options for the Lincoln Preschool; please pick the one that best suits your needs (*please note the discounts are only given if the payments are received by the due date).

• Monthly (10 installments): First payment due on September 21st. After that all monthly payments are due on the 15th of the month.
• Semester Plan (September–January and February–June): Payments are due on September 21st and January 30th - *A 2% discount is offered with this payment plan.
• Full-year prepayment (September-June) due on September 21st – 4% discount is offered with this payment plan.

A late payment fee of $10.00 will be assessed if payment is more than 7 days past due.
