We extend a warm welcome to families who are new to the Lincoln Public Schools. Our district operates the Hanscom Primary School and the Hanscom Middle School, which serve residents of the Hanscom Air Force Base, and the Lincoln School, which serves resident of Lincoln as well as Boston residents who are enrolled through the METCO program. We urge families who anticipate moving into our district to notify us as soon as possible. We are committed to helping you and your children make a smooth transition to our schools. Although we cannot make program determinations (e.g. grade and class assignments, special services) until after the enrollment process has been completed, it is important for us to begin our communication when upcoming registrations are definite.

The registration process for our K-8 programs requires evidence of residence, birth certificate and/or passport information, and contact information for the child's previous school. In addition, the district operates a preschool program open to students who are between the ages of 3 and 5 years old.
