How do I register?
Option 1
We encourage online registration. The Online Registration form is a secure form. The data you enter will be encrypted so that it cannot be read by a third party. You may also send in your registration form.
Option 2
If you prefer, you may download, print, and fill out the form. Then, either send it with your child to school, mail it to the address below, or attach it to an email and send to
webmaster@lincnet.org.

Why should I register?

Registered users have the option of receiving Content e-Alerts (See the
About Our New Website page for more information.) which notify them when certain sections they're interested in are updated. These sections include school and district newsletters, teacher pages, and the homepage where weather-related school closings and delays will be posted.

Our new website has the capability of making certain content accessible only to registered users. Most of the content posted on our site is available for all to see. Some content, however, is reserved for groups of users based on their "role." Roles include "parent," "faculty," and "staff." In order to see role-assigned content, a member of one of these groups must be registered and signed in to the website.

Registered users will be able to pay for school-related fees online - once that feature is enabled.
Who should register to use the Lincoln Public Schools website?
Parents (including legal guardians and other primary caregivers of LPS students), all LPS employees, and School Committee members should be registered users of the LPS website. At this time, registration is not open to students.
Should both my spouse and I register, or just one of us?
Currently, registration allows for only one email address to be associated with each registered user's account. If both parents of a student want to each receive notification of content updates or the superintendent's text messages in case of emergencies, then each parent should register individually.
What kind of information will be requested?
For parents of an LPS student to register, the following information is requested:
- Parent information: First and Last Name, Email Address
- Student information: First and Last Name, School, and Grade of your youngest child who attends Lincoln Public Schools.
Does LPS share my information with anyone else?
Short answer - "No." For more information, please refer to our
Privacy Policy for an explanation of how your information is managed and stored.
